Shipping and Taxes

We strive to have all orders of “in-stock” merchandise shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Holidays. During high volume times, shipping delays may occur.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen parcels, weather related damage or delays!

Please ensure your contact information and delivery address is correct prior to submitting order.  You are responsible for any costs incurred to redirect/reship your order.

Canada

Flat Rate Shipping in Canada - $15.00

Calculated rates will apply to certain large volume, heavy or oversize products.  We will contact you directly with a shipping estimate. 

USA

Flat Rate Shipping to the USA - $50.00

We are not responsible for shipping times to international destinations. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, or any duties & fees charged that may be specific to your country.

Principal Delivery Service - Canada Post. 

We reserve the right to ship with other carriers at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to update our shipping rates to reflect current pricing with Canada Post and other carriers.

Local Pick Up

We offer FREE local pickup to those who live in Merritt. We will meet you curbside, please let us know by phone at 250-936-8983 when you arrive.

Pick up times are from 3 pm to 7 pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday pick ups need to be pre-arranged, please contact us to book a time.

Shipping FAQ

Q: Can I purchase extra insurance? Can I upgrade to a faster shipping method?
A: Yes, you most certainly can...  Just email us at robynsnestquilt@gmail.com and we will make the arrangements.

Q: I didn't receive my package. It didn't have a tracking number. Now what?
A: We will investigate right away! We understand it's terrible when mail is lost or stolen, but we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you have regular issues with poor mail delivery (i.e. the carrier delivers your mail to your neighbors every now and then) or issues with stolen mail (community mailboxes, apartments/condos) we would recommend our Expedited shipping options. Not only is it faster, but it’s also tracked and insured. 

Q: Is Expedited shipping insured?
A: Yes. The default insurance is $100 CAD, but you can contact us to insure your order for more than $100 for an extra charge.
