Where is your store located and what are your hours?
We are only available on-line right now, but our on-line store is open 24/7.
How can I create a Robyn’s Nest customer account?
Look at the top right corner of your browser page near the shopping cart icon. Click the link that says “Login”. A popup will show, and you can create an account from there. To create a Robyn’s Nest customer account, all you will need to do is enter a valid email address and create a password. You can also choose to sign up for our e-newsletters. To do this, return to the home page and scroll to the bottom of the page, enter your name and valid email address and then click on the “sign up” button.
How do I update my email and password?
If you have a Robyn’s Nest customer account, you can update your information by logging into your account and clicking on “Profile” to update your email address or password.
I have a question about my order. How can I contact you?
If you've created an account with us, you can view the status of your previous orders. After signing in to your customer account, click on the "Orders" page to view your orders. If you cannot find the information you need there, or if you have another question, you can use the contact form on the Contact Us page.

How do I update my billing and shipping address?
If you need to update your billing or shipping address for future orders and have a created an account with us, you can update your information by logging into your account and clicking "Address".
What shipping carrier do you use?
We use Canada Post for most of our shipments.
If you prefer another carrier, please contact us using the contact form on the Contact Us page and we can make the appropriate arrangements with that carrier.
Shipping with an alternate carrier may result in additional shipping charges.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We can fill and ship most online orders within 3-5 business days after we receive them.
If you are a Canadian customer, and your purchase is “in-stock” at time of ordering, your order will likely arrive within 5-8 business days of shipment.
For our international customers, orders may take 4-8 weeks to arrive, depending on how quickly your order is received and processed by your country's customs. We cannot report an international shipment as "lost" to the postal service until 8 weeks have elapsed. This is not our policy, but the policy of the Canada Post.
Why do you charge additional shipping for some items?
Some of our products do not qualify for our base shipping rate due to their bulk and weight.

We make every effort to keep shipping prices low for our customers, but in some situations charging for additional shipping costs is unavoidable.
How do I use a Gift Card?
If you have a Gift Card, enter the code on the Payment Information section during checkout. Entering your gift card code on the View Cart page will not work, as that section is reserved for coupon codes. Please note that Gift Cards expire 1 year from date of purchase.
How is the Fabric I order, cut and sold?
Fabrics are hand-cut with a rotary cutter and ruler to ensure a clean, precision cut that is accurate to your requested specifications.
Multiples are always cut continuously, meaning that if you order a quantity of 3 half meters, you’ll receive one continuous 1.5-meter cut.
Do I have to purchase a full meter of fabric?
No, we sell our fabric by the half meter. To purchase a full meter, you will need to enter “2” in your cart to get one full meter.
Are the listed prices per meter or per half meter?
The listed prices are per half meter, unless otherwise noted.
How does a meter compare to a yard?
1 meter = 39.3701”
1 yard = 36”
Am I able to per-order or reserve now?
